Stepping Down as Commanding Officer of The Grand Army

I will be leaving to serve a mission for my religion, and for two years will be out of commission. As such, I will be choosing a successor.

This is part of my plan to revitalize the forum. I expect the successor to be able to get this forum off it's butt and get going again like in the glory days.
