There is a website that allows people to publish books and such for a limited amount of money and the person gets full rights.

www.lulu.com is for anyone wanting to publish stories without having to spend a whole lot. At most you only have to spend $25. They bring out highquality works. As such, I am using it to get a book of mine published. But, this is for anyone. But, my book is getting near total completeion, so, keep an eye for it on Lulu.
