Alright. This is a really disturbing one. I saw it on Ghosts of Gettysburg program and studyed up on it.
There was this little boy after the Battle of Gettysburg, that the Orphanage would not take for they were swamped with kids. So, he lived on the streets, not causing trouble or anything, but, just trying to stay alive. Well, two ladies were taking a walk on day and came across this little boy (he was maybe 8 or 9) and they automatically fell in love with him. When they found out he had no home, they took him to where they lived. Which was the Seminar.
One thing though. The rules were very strict on there being just wemon there. Heavens know what type of stuff men to the ladies would do if they could get in there. So, they had the boy play quietly and such and for the first few months all was well. But, he was a little boy, and, despite all his efforts to be quiet, once in a while, he would be a little loud. Not to loud, but, loud enough that the lady next door could hear it.
Right around Christmas, this woman, with no idea what was going on, reported to the headmistress what she had heard. The women stormed up and banged on the door. The two young ladies were watching the little boy when this woman knocked on the door and they, scared out of thier minds, tried to find a place to hide him while not acting suspecious. With no where else to hide him, they hide him out on the window seal, on the outside. The woman came in, could find no boy. She then ordered the two women to come downstairs and have a long talk with her. She followed them down and for an hour lectured them on the rules. All the time they thought of the little boy who was out on the window sill and only stenght of will kept them from rushing upstairs to save the little boy from his fate.
When they were finally done, they rushed upstairs, threw open the window, and discovered the boy was gone.
Frantically they rushed out side but could find no trace of the little boy. Heartbroken, they gave up the search after a while.
After they left and got married, new wemon went to that same room. And, on very cold nights, they would see a face of a very blue boy, the same hue as that of one who has been exposed too long to winter. And many times a message saying Help Me! would be seen on the window. Every woman who has lived in that room has seen this little boy, still waiting to be let in, and yet can't.
