I read all the books years ago, and as they are all still pretty fresh in my mind...I just scan the book every once in awhile. You know, you should take a course on speeding reading, that way you might get through the book quicker. Wink

Never read the books. I saw the movie though (I know everybody is shaking their head at this point, sorry). lol. Of course, since I didn't read the books I don't know if the movie did them justice. But knowing what movies usually do to the stories behind them, probably not.

I've read the first book and thought it was OK, I thought it needed more detail. I've also seen part of the movie and it deed prety good on keeping to the story.

It does have a lot of similarities agreed. But I cant say for sure if they link up yah know. I hold Narnia as a story all it's own.
