Which CW books do you own

What books written on the war does anyone else own?

I own The war between the states americas uncivil war, The south was
right, Southern slavery as it was, Christ in the Camp, Civil war
weapons and equipment, and Flags of the Confederacy.

Bruce Catton's Army of the Potomac series and his The Civil War, The Leaders of the Lost Cause, Battle Cry of Freedom, Champion's Hill: Decisive Battle of the Vicksburg Campaign, Bayonet, Forward!, Personal memoirs of Grant, Encyclopedia of the Civil War, National Geographics The Civil War, Fredricksburg Battlefields, Memiorandum of Walt Whitman, Trivia of the American Civil War, Travelers Guide of Virginia's Battlefields.

For fiction I have The Red Badge of Courage, Gods and Generals, The Killer Angels, The Last Full Measure, April 1865 (that is like a history, however, it is a fiction) and the Journal of James Edmund Pease.

I want to get James Longstreet's Auto, Chamerlains' The Passing of Armies, Commanding the Army of the Potomac, Fighting Joe Hooker, and several others.

I can't remember them all... I have a few by Bruce Catton and LOTS of diarys and journals and stuff.

Back on topic I have some eBooks that I didnt mention. Freemans Bio on Lee and The Slave Narratives: A Folk History...(I forget the rest).

Has anyone read Shelby Foote's series on the Civil War? Spectacular books....... A MUST read for any CW buff..... I've also read Grant's memoirs, the War Between the States, and Jefferson Davis's The Rise and Fall of the Confederate Government, I know their are a few more, but it would have been like years since I've read them.

I think so...

Of course he has to be biased, being the southern president. But he never pretends not to be, and he presents alot of interesting facts.

You have to at least try to be unbiased during your research. When you have formulated an opinion, then you have a reason to be biased towards your educated opinion, so long as your able to back it up with facts.

Thats true. But still, most things are biased. Its mostly impossible to have something not be biased.
